• In order to purchase the LT-25 Instrument, a doctor must be an active Orthospinology (SOCO) member and must have completed the Advanced Instrument Class.

• 50% Deposit is required for purchase. 

• Table will be available for shipping in October. Additional 50% will be required upon shipping.
