Dr. David Mayer Honored by the Florida Chiropractic Society
Our beloved senior ambassador, mentor, longtime board member and instructor, Dr. David Mayer was recently recognized with an award recognizing the profound contributions to his profession and especially, his Florida colleagues, as a founding member of the Florida Chiropractic Society. Dr. Mayer was one of three chiropractors who, in 1965, met with Dr. B.J. Palmer at his home in Sarasota to plan the path that led to the creation of the FCS.
The Society of Chiropractic Orthospinology congratulates Dr. Mayer on his distinguished award and joins the FCS in thanking him for his dedication and commitment to chiropractic.

An Upper Cervical Chiropractic Specialty
The Society of Chiropractic Orthospinology is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting one of the greatest health care procedures in the world. This procedure, based on the original work of the late Dr. John F. Grostic, involves the correction of the misalignment of the upper cervical spine, also known as the Occipito-Atlanto-Axial Subluxation Complex, and its influence on the central nervous system, body balance and general health. Since its inception over 70 years ago, this upper cervical procedure has helped millions of people overcome countless health problems.
